Baldness is also the same way as hair loss or alopecia. This is caused by genetic and hormones susceptibility. It also involves the condition of lacking of hair where it frequently develops, particularly on the head. For most men, hair loss is their main concern when it comes to cosmetics. The hair grows almost one inch every a couple of months and each grows for two to six years, stays at that length for a short time, then it will fall out. Thus, a new hair will soon start to grow in its place.
At any one period, almost 85 percent of a person’s hair is in the growing stage and 15 percent is not. One of the causes of considerable hair loss is some mycotic infections. The baldness in men normally starts with the thinning in the hairline part, followed by the appearance of bald or thinned spot on the head’s crown.
Moreover, the pattern of this condition in men is characterized by the receding of their hair from the lateral sides of their forehead, called as receding hairline. This condition in men arises when the follicle contracts over time, resulting in finer and shorter hair. The outcome is a very tiny follicle with no hair in the inside.
Complete baldness is often the result when a person underwent chemotherapy due to the medicines used. Generally, hair must grow back, but in men who were suffering from this condition, their follicle fails to develop a new hair. The reason for this is not well implicit, but it is associated to the male hormones and their genes.
